Live, interactive webinar presenters are defined as individuals who present topics of interest via live, interactive means (video chat software) to participants seeking to satisfy licensure requirements. Live, interactive webinar presenters are responsible for learning the video chat software system used by webinarceclasses. Live, interactive webinar presenters must be on time to present unless an unforeseen event occurs. Live, interactive webinar presenters must be polite and considerate to their participants. Any grievances will be responded to by webinarceclasses. All materials presented by live, interactive webinar presenters will be their property. Webinarceclasses reserves the right to refuse service to live, interactive webinar presenters who do not abide by their respective agency accreditation standards (e.g., APA). Live, interactive webinar presenters will be compensated with a speaker honorarium every two weeks for as long as the company exists. Live, interactive webinar presenters will not market materials not approved by webinarceclasses or their respective agency accreditation standards.
Homestudy written content is defined as content in the format of a PDF or Word Document by an author. Recorded video simply means material in the format of digital videos. All materials created by written content authors will be the property of webinarceclasses. We consulted with legal counsel who suggested this was imperative in case another company wanted to claim ownership of the material. All materials created by recorded video authors will be the property of webinarceclasses. We consulted with legal counsel who suggested this was imperative in case another company wanted to claim ownership of the material. Any content that requires modifications will be the responsibility of homestudy authors. For instance, every two years from the time they upload their materials, homestudy authors must update their content and references. If this is not done, authors will not be compensated any longer after two years from the time they upload their materials since the material no longer adheres to agency accreditation standards (e.g., APA). Homestudy exam questions must be of various difficulty levels. Passing grades must adhere to agency accreditation standards (e.g., APA). Webinarceclasses reserves the right to refuse service homestudy authors who do not abide by their respective agency accreditation standards. Homestudy authors will be compensated with a royalty system every two weeks for as long as the company exists. Home study authors will not market materials not approved by webinarceclasses or their respective agency accreditation standards.
The Site is owned by WEBCECLASSES. You acknowledge that this website may contain information, communications, software, photos, text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images and other material and services (collectively "Content"), which is generally provided by WEBCECLASSES or by licensors of WEBCECLASSES. You agree and acknowledge that, notwithstanding that WEBCECLASSES permits access to the Content, the Content or its use or the use of this Site is protected by patents, copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights (including intellectual property rights), that these rights are valid and protected in all media now existing or later developed, and that except as specifically provided in this Agreement, your use of the Content shall be governed and constrained by applicable patent, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
